We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on our Collagen Gel Toner Pads. If you have used the product as directed for at least 30 days and are not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund within 90 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for this guarantee, you must provide proof of purchase and a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.

The refund will cover the full cost of the product, excluding shipping fees.
2. RETURNS
To be eligible for a standard return (non-guarantee related), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

4. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
7. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
